Inspection Control Software - ICS

Effective planning plays a pivotal role in the management of intricate processes, products, and supplier networks, ensuring the enforcement of quality regulations and inspection standards. Our Inspection Control Software (ICS) boasts a range of versatile features that empower enterprises to govern product quality and standardize shop floor operations. The software comprises three distinct models: Incoming/Receiving, In-Process Inspection, and Outgoing/Final Inspection, simplifying the overall task.

Seamless integration with AQuAPro streamlines process management, encompassing activities such as Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan Report (DVP&R), Control Plan, and Work Instructions. Following the publication of the Control Plan, users can initiate In-Process Inspection Worksheets and input pertinent details derived from the Control Plan. These details may include Characteristic Description (Attribute and Variable or Dimensional), Tolerance/Specification, Evaluation Technique, Sample Frequency, and Sample Size.
